One of Ireland’s most successful and established creative, integrated marketing communications agencies, Ardmore Advertising, today confirmed that it has joined Worldwide Partners, Inc. (WPI), one of top 10 largest marketing communications networks in the world.

The Holywood, County Down-based agency, which employs more than 40 staff, is joining the globally-recognised roster of independent agencies after being selected by WPI “for its progressive and innovative approach.”

Ardmore said the move would help further expand its reach internationally and broaden its own capabilities through the access gained to an outstanding group of influential peers.

Based in the US city of Denver, Colorado, WPI has more than 90 member agencies employing 4,200 people in 51 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North America.

Ardmore Advertising Chief Executive, John Keane, said:

“Joining the Worldwide Partners network gives us unrivalled access to a brand new set of companies and capabilities and the ability to expand further both at home and abroad.  By being part of the WPI group of companies, we also get the chance to broaden our own horizons, to learn more, and to create even more opportunities for us here in Northern Ireland.”

“We love to champion local businesses and international brands, which is why we are so proud to have been invited to join Worldwide Partners Inc.  As the world’s largest international network of owner-operated advertising and marketing communication businesses, we’re in good company.”

Established in 1989, Ardmore Advertising has grown to become one of Ireland’s leading integrated communications and brand-building agencies with a highly-experienced, specialist team.

Providing award-winning strategic advertising, marketing, media, digital and design services to big name UK and Irish brands including Charles Hurst Group, Lomond Audi Group, Taggarts, Stena Line, Visit Belfast and Subway, the company also includes Rushmere Shopping Centre, Maxi Zoo and Translink on its client roster.

Welcoming Ardmore to the global network, WPI Chief Executive Al Moffatt said:

“What makes us attractive to clients worldwide is that we’re comprised of innovative, progressive agencies across a full range of disciplines and industries. Each partner is hand-selected for its progressive and innovative approach.  In short, we have the critical mass and skills of the agency conglomerates coupled with the flexibility of the independents.  We’re very happy to have Ardmore Advertising join us”, adds Moffatt.
