Moving TOWARD new markets
Belfast-based consultancy company TOWARD Ltd is investing over £230,000 in two key staff and extensive marketing activity to accelerate business growth over the next 18 months.
TOWARD Ltd provides leadership and coaching services, working with CEO’s and human resource professionals to help embed behavioural change in an organisation. The company specialises in building resilient people and uses pioneering techniques from the fields of organisational development and psychology. TOWARD has also developed an online psychometric tool with research and development support from Invest NI, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
TOWARD has a blue-chip client base and currently employs five full-time and two part-time staff and has an experienced team of associates.
Invest Northern Ireland is supporting the investment with an offer of £94,700 to help the business grow in Great Britain and target new opportunities in Europe and North America.
