Rapid expansion at CBRE sees office move

Commercial property firm CBRE has seen an increase in headcount of 60 per cent in its Belfast office since January 2015.

CBRE Group, Inc. headquartered in Los Angeles, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. The company has more than 70,000 employees, and services real estate owners, investors and occupiers through more than 400 offices worldwide.

This rapid expansion in CBRE’s Belfast office is a direct result of the substantial increase in business the firm has been experiencing in Northern Ireland and has led to the firm making this significant office move.

Having previously been located in Imperial House, Donegall Square East, the company has outgrown its former office and has moved into more spacious premises, taking the entire 7th floor of The Linenhall Building.

The 7th floor of The Linenhall Building is approximately 5,500 sq ft of office space with views of Belfast hills and City Hall from an outside terrace. With state-of –the-art working facilities, the layout is open-plan with a series of meeting rooms and boardrooms as well as private booths and work pods to host small meetings or carry out uninterrupted work.
