Yesterday we had a talk with Stefan Ovcharov - the founder of Number One Carpet Cleaning.
Stefan is 32 years old and lives in London since 2010.
He has more than 11 years of experience in carpet cleaning industry.
Back in the days Stefan noticed large demand for such services, but there was (and still is) a lack of really professional carpet cleaners that are trying to provide a top-notch cleaning.
That is why Stefan decided to launch NOCC - a boutique carpet cleaning company. They specialize in removal of what other technicians would say "impossible to be cleaned" stains. Everything from makeup, red wine, pet stains to oil and paint - this is what they are best at and never fail to amaze their clients.
As Stefan realized clients in London are happy to pay extra for a top quality service - after all if you have spent a few hundreds of pounds on a persian rug, you would pay 100 or 200 GBP to clean it from the stains left by your toddler, right?
We asked Stefan what is the best advice he can share with his colleagues in the industry - "Never stop to learn and explore new ways to deliver a better service and always be at least a few steps ahead of your competitors!"
