Craigmore cleans up with a £50K deal with Karcher
Craigmore Industrial and Engineering Solutions, has just completed a deal which will see the family-run business become the largest Karcher Centre in Ireland, and the main dealer in Northern Ireland.
The new deal represents a £50,000 investment into the locally owned, family-run business which employs 13 staff with a further two posts being created from the expansion.
Throughout its 25 year history, Craigmore has been selling power washers, sweepers, scrubber-driers, welding equipment, safety wear, workshop tools and cleaning products to both the trade and the public. The new 200 sq metre Karcher centre means that the home-grown business will now compliment that offering, by stocking a complete range of Karcher equipment and accessories, with fully trained staff in store alongside a full range of demonstration equipment.
Geoff Baird, Managing Director of Craigmore said: “We are absolutely thrilled and immensely proud to be finally launching our Karcher Centre today – which we see as a real mile-stone in our history.
“We have been a Karcher dealer for 23 years, and throughout that time, we have worked very closely with this cutting-edge, worldwide leader in cleaning technology, who consistently offer top-class performance and innovative products and training, which have always met both our own, and our customers needs fully.
“The new centre means that we will extend our product offering to include a full range of industrial pressure washers, vacuums, sweepers and scrubber driers as well as home and garden range of pressure washers, window vacuums and steamers, and all of the accessories.”
Geoff concluded, “We look forward to the next chapter of Karcher at Craigmore and welcome anyone who is serious about industrial or indeed home cleaning, to come along and try out our newest range of equipment.”

The new Karcher centre, which will be opened to both trade and the public, will be housed on the current site at Portadown-based Craigmore, which offers industrial cleaning and engineering products to the tourism, transport and manufacturing sectors throughout Ireland and the UK, as well as to the local domestic market.
