A former commanding officer of the Red Arrows, a market commentator and media personality as well as private and public sector industry experts will form the line-up of the renowned Management and Leadership conference. The flagship event of the 2015 Management Month initiative, organised by the Management & Leadership Network (MLN), is set to make a return to Titanic Belfast on Friday 27 February from 8.15am to 1pm.

Sporting his trademark red braces, Justin Urquhart Stewart, a regular contributor to BBC1 Business Breakfast, Radio 5Live and Wake Up To Money will open the event and offer his advice on ‘The Easy Way to Make Money’. An entrepreneur in his own right, Justin co-founded Seven Investment Management (7IM) in 2001 which now employs 170 people and manages in the region of £7 billion of its client’s money.

Attendees will also have a rare opportunity to hear from Jas Hawker, who led the Red Arrows team on tours across four continents and in more than 500 public displays. He will draw on his unique experience of managing all aspects of a world-class high performance team and offer clear parallels with the commercial world, providing practical insights into debriefing and prioritising under pressure.

Also joining the speaking panel will be Lucy Adams, Former Head of Global HR at the BBC, where she spearheaded significant organisational change during one of the BBC’s most turbulent periods. A respected figure in the world of business and talent management, Lucy will discuss the good, the bad and the ugly of her experiences and offer fresh insights about ‘Leading People in a Disruptive World’.

Completing the eclectic mix of local and international speakers will be NI business owner, Richard Bell, MD and Co-founder of renewable energy company Solamatrix and Sir Nigel Hamilton KCB DL, former head of the NI Civil Service.

A limited number of tickets for the conference are still available. Further information and booking details can be found at www.mln.org.uk or by calling MLN on .
