Lambert Smith Hampton appointed as managing agent on four major commercial property portfolios

Lambert Smith Hampton in Ireland has been appointed as managing agent on four major commercial property portfolios across the UK and Ireland, comprising floor space in excess of 2.5million sq ft.
This brings the total square footage under management by Lambert Smith Hampton’s offices in Ireland to 17.5million sq ft.
The largest of these appointments is the management contract for a £192million UK logistics portfolio, which consists of more than 2million sq ft of distribution warehousing across 18 locations throughout England.
A further private investor’s portfolio made up of commercial buildings across Northern Ireland and England will see the company manage 12 mixed use assets totalling in excess of 365,000 sq ft.
LSH has also been formally appointed as managing agent on Pendle Rise Shopping Centre in the north of England. The Shopping Centre provides a total of 135,000 sq ft of retail space and offers significant asset management opportunities.
In addition to this is the management of a high profile industrial investment, fully let to An Post in north Dublin, a mixed-use development in county Waterford and a primary care centre in County Meath.
Lambert Smith Hampton was recently named as Northern Ireland’s most active property agent and overall regional winner in the prestigious EGi Deals Competition for 2015.
Every year EGi, part of Estates Gazette, compiles rankings across all property types and all regions of the UK based on the number of deals conducted by each agent. For the 2015 year, the company led the way in four of the five main property sectors – Office, Retail, Investment and Industrial.
